We have a 7 days return/refund policy from the date of delivery provided all tags are intact in case of the item/items arriving damaged. In case of damaged items, customer can either claim a refund or a replacement.

- Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earring are non-returnable/non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing and order. for exchanges, a fee of rupee 100/-
