We have a 7 days return/refund policy from the date of delivery provided all tags are intact in case of the item/items arriving damaged. In case of damaged items, customer can either claim a refund or a replacement.
- Unboxing videos is a must for claiming missing items.
- Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earring are non-returnable/non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing and order. for exchanges, a fee of rupee 100/-
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, refund is processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of an exchange, the replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. please note returns can take up to 2 weeks.
